2. Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes. They are not medicines, have not been approved by the MHRA or any other regulator, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
By placing an order you confirm and warrant that:
- you are 18 years of age or over;
- you are purchasing the products solely for lawful laboratory research;
- you will not use, supply or permit the products to be used for human or veterinary consumption, injection, application or any other use in or on humans or animals;
- you have the knowledge and facilities to handle, store and dispose of research materials safely and lawfully;
- you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, possession and use of the products.
We do not provide advice on the use of any product in humans or animals, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim about the effects of any product.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund any payment received, if we reasonably believe the products are intended for human or animal use, or if these terms have otherwise been breached.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm we have accepted your order. We may decline an order for any reason, including stock availability, an error in pricing or product information, or concerns about intended use.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is by bank transfer using the details in your order confirmation email, with your order number as the payment reference. If cleared payment is not received within 7 days of your order, we may cancel it.
5. Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail tracked delivery once payment has cleared. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping and returns policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return an order are set out in our Shipping and returns policy. Products must be returned unopened and unused. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described goods.
7. Product information
We take care to ensure product specifications and certificates of analysis are accurate. Certificates relate to the batch stated. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary.
8. Liability
Because the products are supplied for research only, we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of the products contrary to these terms, including any use in or on humans or animals. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the products.
Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
10. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
