  • Order details: products, prices, payment reference and delivery information.
  • Your confirmation, recorded at checkout, that you are 18 or over and are buying for research use only.
  • Messages you send us, including by WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical information needed to run the website, such as your IP address and browser details.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To process, deliver and support your order: necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records: necessary to meet our legal obligations.
  • To record and verify research-use and age confirmations, prevent misuse and fraud, and keep the website secure: our legitimate interests.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under appropriate contracts: Krystal Hosting Ltd (website hosting, UK), Royal Mail (delivery), and our bank (processing payments). If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. The website loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when pages load. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, as required for tax purposes. Messages are kept for up to 2 years unless they relate to an order.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your basket and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
