Description
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK). It is supplied by Northbond Peptides as a lyophilised powder in a sealed 100 mg vial.
About the compound
GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide first isolated from human plasma in the 1970s, which binds copper(II) ions with high affinity. The copper complex has a molecular formula of C14H22CuN6O4 and a molecular weight of 401.9 g/mol (CAS 49557-75-7). It forms a characteristic blue powder and dissolves readily in water. GHK-Cu is one of the most widely studied copper peptides in the scientific literature.
What you receive
- One sealed glass vial containing 100 mg of GHK-Cu as a blue lyophilised powder
