How do I place an order?
Add products to your basket and go to checkout. You will need to confirm that you are 18 or over and that the products are for laboratory research only.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Our bank details are shown when you place your order and in your confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference, and pay within 7 days.
When is my order dispatched?
Once your payment has cleared. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Mainland UK. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.80 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.45. We dispatch from Newcastle upon Tyne.
Products and quality
Do your products come with a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Each batch has a certificate showing HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity. See testing and quality.
How should peptides be stored?
Keep the sealed vial at −20 °C, away from light and moisture. Once in solution, keep refrigerated and avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Can you advise on use?
No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only, and we cannot give advice on use in humans or animals.
Returns
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the vials are unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging. Contact us first and we will send return details. Full details are in our shipping and returns policy.
