Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK at checkout. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.

Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer has cleared. You will receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Where the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, contact us with your order number. Return details will be provided on request.
All returned peptides must be unopened and unused, in their original sealed vials and packaging. Our products are supplied in sealed vials and cannot be resold once the seal is broken, so the right to cancel does not apply to any vial that has been opened or used after delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the price of the returned items within 14 days, by bank transfer to the account you paid from. If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
